Updated arrangements for the late Mary Lagan (née McGilligan) R.I.P. Drumsurn. Died 25th December 2023.
N.B. Mary’s wake will commence today Tuesday (St. Stephen’s Day) at 4pm. Family time 11pm to 11am.
Mary (in her 95th year) R.I.P. peacefully at Cornfield Care Centre dearly loved wife of the late Jim; much loved mother of Rosemarie Harkin (Liam), Patrick (Christine), Kathleen Browne (the late Francie), Eugene (Maria), Teresa Mullan (Anthony) and Colette Meenan (Eddie); a much-adored grandmother and great grandmother and dear sister-in-law of Annie McGilligan (Kilrea).
Daughter of the late Michael and Rose (née McIlvar) and sister of the late Johnny, Michael, Tommy, Cissie (McGregor) and Jim.
Funeral from her late residence, 66 Kilhoyle Road, BT49 0PU on Thursday at 12:15pm for 1pm Requiem Mass in St. Matthew’s Church, Drumsurn. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing on Christmas Day. Mary was a lovely lady. Mary and I exchanged Christmas cards for over 50 years (from 1970 when I emigrated to Canada). Her card was always the first one to arrive. My condolences to all of her family.
