Scullion (Lurganagoose, Lavey) 14^th August 2023

N.B. James’s wake will commence on Wednesday at 12 noon. Family time 10pm to 11am please.

Suddenly but peacefully James R.I.P. beloved husband of Mary (nèe O’Connor); loving father of Seamus, Denise (Doherty), Leona (Scullion), Carla (Duggan) and Debbie (Holmes) and a much-adored Granda.

Son of the late John and Margaret and dear brother of Sr. Kathleen, Harry, Margaret, Mickey, John, Anne, Gerard, Carmel and the late Mary.

Funeral from his late residence, 47 Glenshane Road, BT45 8QR on Friday at 10am for 11 o’clock Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Lavey. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. (Requiem Mass can be  viewed at: https://churchmedia.tv/church-of-our-lady-of-mercy)

  So sorry to hear about James, an absolute gentleman and I had the pleasure of working on sites with him on many occasions. He will be sorely missed. We are thinking of and praying for all the family

  Extending our condolences to Mary and family at this very difficult time. We had many wonderful fishing trips over the years which I will hold dear. Such a shock to lose a great friend and a total gentleman. James will be sadly missed by all.
