Suddenly at home Veronica (Monny) R.I.P. beloved wife of Eamon, loving mother of Ciara (McGuigan), Aileen (Mitchell), Erin (McGuigan), Carla (McGovern); mother-in-law of Mark, Stephen, Pat and Ryan; beloved granny of Fearghal, Rosa, Connie, Ellen, Noah, Ada, Anna and Katie; and a dear sister of Mary, Mickey, Teresa, Rosaleen, Angela, Cathal, Raymond and the late Bernie.
Monny’s funeral will leave her late residence, 28 Fairhill, on Friday at approx. 10:30am travelling to St. Patrick’s Church, Glen allowing friends and neighbours the opportunity to stand along the route and pay their respects whilst maintaining social distancing.

The family deeply regret that due to the ongoing Corona Virus situation the House and Funeral will be Strictly Private.

Really shocked & so sorry to hear of Monny’s sudden death. Disappointed we cannot pay our respects properly in these uncertain times but would like you to know you are all in our thoughts.

Monny was a well respected colleague and friend of my late wife Clare when both were employed as Classroom Assistants in St Patrick’s College. May Monny rest in peace.

From childhood days around Tamney Crescent to working together in St. Pat’s I have nothing but fond memories of Monny. Dedicated and caring to the children in school I know her family will have a store of memories of her love and devotion to support them through this very sad time. To Eamon, the girls, their families and all Monny’s brothers and sisters we pray that God and all his blessings will give you strength at this time.
